4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You agree to pay the full amount (product price + applicable shipping and taxes) at the time of order. Your payment card will be charged upon order processing.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote Asian areas). You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. Delivery times are estimates and subject to customs and carrier delays.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Time Frame: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Process: You must contact customer care for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back.
• Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
